Queer Serenity AA Meeting, Monday 7:00 PM (started Nov 3rd, ‘25)

Queer Serenity is moving to 511 Alano Club! This is an open Alcoholics Anonymous topic meeting and all are welcome.

Sunday Old Timers AA Speaker Meeting, 2nd Sunday of the month 6:00 PM (started Oct 12th, ‘25)

Join us for this special meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous hosted by District 20 Archives where AA members with 25+ years of sobriety share their journey in AA.

511 Slip Nots AA Meeting, Wednesday 7:15 AM (started Oct 1st, ‘25)

Good news for all of you early birds looking for a healthy dose of serenity to start your day! After ~15 years of meeting at the Porchlight transitional housing facility on campus, Slip Nots group is moving their in-person, open discussion AA group to the 511 Clubhouse! We are so glad to have you join us, Slip Nots!

“Learning Empathy” SAA Meeting, Tuesday 7:00 PM (started Sept 2nd, ‘25)

511 welcomes a new evening hybrid closed Sex Addicts Anonymous meeting focusing on working through various empathy workbooks to support recovery, connection and relational healing.

SAA Meeting, Sunday 9:00 AM (started April 20th, ‘25)

Sex Addicts Anonymous has added a Sunday morning hybrid meeting to the line-up at 511!

NA Meeting, Wednesday, 7:00 PM (started April 16th, ‘25)

A new Narcotics Anonymous group is starting up an in-person meeting on Wednesdays - please come and support them!

St Francis Hybrid AA Meeting, Thursday 8:00 PM (started Mar, ‘25)

This open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous has continued on Zoom since the beginning of the pandemic. Their meeting format is alternating between a step and an AA related topic. We’re excited to offer this new option for a meeting in the 8:00 pm time slot. Come check it out!

Spanish Speaking AA Group, Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (started Jan, ‘25)

We are pleased to welcome back the Spanish Speaking meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous on two nights, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA) Meeting, Thursday 5:30 PM (started Oct, ‘24)

This is a one hour, open meeting of ACA. Come to 511 to support this new meeting. Newcomers are welcome!

Sunday Nite AA Speaker Meeting, last Sunday of the Month 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (started July, ‘24)

This open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous is hosted be the Saturday Morning Step Group. Speaker meetings have been a tradition at 511 over the years, where a sober member of AA shares their story of “what we used to be like, what happened, and what we are like now.”

Entrance is on West Gilman Street behind 511. Additional parking is available in the lot across from the Edgewater Hotel at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Langdon Street.
